Instructions for downloading
Seller's Agreement documentation
1)
Adobe Reader is required to view and print the Seller's
Agreement documentation. To download the free software, click Get
Adobe Reader.
2)

Seller's Agreement.
3) Completely fill
out every line on all three pages of the Seller's Agreement
and sign and date where indicated.
NOTE: The Seller's Agreement has
been designed as a "fill-in" form, meaning you can tab or click between
blank lines, then type in your information using Adobe Reader. All of your information will be included when you print the document.
4) Return a copy of
all three pages to Gordon Page & Associates, Inc. via facsimile to
(813) 854-2660. Also, please mail the originals to Gordon Page &
Associates, Inc. at P.O. Box 262858, Tampa, FL 33685-2858.
