Instructions for downloading
Buyer's Agreement documentation
1)
Adobe Reader is required to view and print
the Buyer's Agreement documentation. To download the free software,
click Get Adobe Reader.
2) Click the image below to download the
Buyer's Agreement.
3) Completely fill out every line on all four pages
of the Buyer's Agreement and sign and date where indicated.
NOTE: The Buyer's Agreement has
been designed as a "fill-in" form, meaning you can tab or click between
blank lines, then type in your information using Adobe Reader. All of your information will be included when you print the document.
4) Return a copy of
all four pages to Gordon Page & Associates, Inc. via facsimile to
(813) 854-2660. Also, please mail the originals to Gordon Page &
Associates, Inc. at P.O. Box 262858, Tampa, FL 33685-2858.
